The team here was super friendly and made us feel right at home 😊.

The unit was immaculate and had a perfect patio setting.

Everything was simply great. I had reasonably spacious and very sweet room here with separate TVs and balcony and the shower. The staff was pleasant and responsive to requests. Appreciated the Irish bar.

So glad we choose it, it's excellent place for staying in Nashville. Room was an excellent value for money.

the bed was really comfortable

went 6/25 6/25/16 total remodel until October. Lobby, gameroom, restaurant, guest rooms under construction. Dumpsters and pallets of construction materials litter the parking lot. Entrance is through a side door where the smoking area is allowed. Lobby now is a plywood one person desk with marker graffiti covering the front. Restaurant is a side hallway with some tables set up outside of the exercise room. Sheets of black plastic taped up to keep dust down. Noise of saws, hammers and singing construction workers throughout day. Unless you want to pay over $200.00 per night for a bed, go somewhere else until after their extreme renovations are complete.

Staff was excellent. They had very good hospitality. The toilet in restroom overflowed after flushing with feces and dirty water. Management relocated me and family immediately to another room. They took care of the problem in a timely manner. The breakfast was good.

I did not like the old furniture in the rooms. The furniture needs to be upgraded. Also, the rooms have an old smell to them.

The hotel was clean and the location was great in comparison to other areas nearby.

The room/suite was very good and all the staff were very friendly and helpful The hotel was very handy for the airport and The Grand Ole Opry ,Opryland and Opry Mill It was also close the the Historic site THE HERMITAGE

We did have a situation where someone else had been allocated our room and tried to enter when we were in the room , however the situation was resolved quickly and efficiently

It was very outdated compared to the pictures online. I felt like I was in old house that needs updated carpet and walls. The bathtub needed replaced too. It was all scratched up and stained and there was a mat to try and cover that up. I didn't feel like it was worth my money. It was very dark inside the room too. The windows need cleaned also. Many bugs and water stains on the outside windows. My husband also fell on the bathroom floor because the water would spray out everywhere and he split his head open. We almost had to cancel out trip after that happened but we worked it out. He did go to the dr finally.

DoubleTree was Great, everyone from front desk, to dinning room, housekeeping was wonderful. The whole staff went far and beyond for my son and I. We had a great time and for sure will go back again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and conveniently located near the airport and major roadways. the staff was excellent and extremely friendly. - Our room had central heating, a safe, and pay television.

The water drainage in the tub was very poor creating excess water standing in the tub while showering.

The rooms here are spacious, clean, and have a convenient location near the airport for dropping off rental cars, as well as comfortable sofa beds and delicious breakfast options in the dining area.
